At Stevens Realty, Inc our primary objective is to assist the homebuyer from start to finish by "holding his/her hand" throughout the entire process. Our staff is known for making clients feel confident that he or she is being represented by a  knowledgeable, dependable, and professional individual. Our bubbly personalities make our clients frequent contact with us calming and enjoyable!

Stevens Realty is the "Fruit" of Valorie Stevens labor and endurance.  Stevens Realty is not just another  real estate company, we are a family.  We do our absolute best to make our clients feel that they are part of our family.  We work diligently to ease the stresses of buying a home.  It does not matter if you are a first time buyer or a very experienced one.  Whatever is important to you is important to us!!

Valorie Stevens: 

Valorie graduated from East Carolina University in Greenville, NC with a B.S. Degree in Business Education. Valorie is a devoted wife and mother of two beautiful children.  Although Valorie's schedule is very busy, she continues to make time for others.  Valorie is the youngest daughter of 13 children.  Over the years she has been blessed with 28 nieces and nephews plus 11 more great nieces and nephews.  Val accredits her success to her faith in God.  She has been elevated to achieve personal and financial goals through the grace of God.  This list of accomplishments continues to grow and serves as proof of why she is know as "One of the best!"

Valorie has stepped out on faith and is now watching the seeds she planted during her long and very successful career as a RE/MAX agent grow and develop.  Those seeds of hard work and determination have grown to bare the "fruit" that is Stevens Realty, Inc.

Anita Godwin:

Anita, a graduate of Meredith College in Raleigh, North Carolina with B.S. Degree in Social Work and a minor in sociology.  She attended Appalachian Anita State University in Boone, NC prior to transferring to Meredith college. Anita became a licensed real estate agent in June of 2002.  Prior to becoming a licensed agent, she worked as Valorie Stevens' (known as "One Of The Best In The Business") real estate assistant for 2+ years.  During this time, Anita became well known to buyers, sellers, agents, attorneys, home inspectors, mortgage brokers and many others!  The knowledge she gained as an assistant has made her into a wonderful and successful real estate agent.

Anita is a former employee of the Johnston County Department of Social Services Daycare Coordinator Program and Adolescent Parenting Program.  Prior to entering the world of real estate, she was a School Social Worker.  Anita has two beautiful children and coaches or assists with many sports and other activities for her children and others.  Anita is known for her "winning" personality and easy-going attitude.  She takes pride in her opportunities to meet and work with new people.

Anita's niche is working with clients on foreclosure properties, manufactured housing and investment properties.  She is from the area and therefore is very familiar with Johnston and Wake counties.

Sean Dyson:

In August of 2004, Sean joined The Valorie Stevens Team as an office assistant.  A Graduate of North Carolina Central University with a B.S. Degree in Criminal Justice and a Minor in Psychology, Sean became a licensed realtor in September of 2005.

Sean is known for his ability and determination to go above and beyond expectations.  He is very patient and willing to help in any way possible.
